Bennett Nadeau began his massage career at the Spectrum Center School of Massage in Lake Stevens Washington. Through diligent studying and a keen understanding of the body Bennett graduated among the top three students. During his education at Spectrum, Bennett was invited to become a teaching assistant for Anatomy/Physiology, Kinesiology, and Clinical Massage. Bennett also tutors students in these courses as needed.
Bennett became a Massage Therapist to help people reclaim their life from pain, stress, and injury. Pain can be caused through stress or injury and robs us from our ability to live life to the fullest. Today's fast paced world creates stresses that affect us both physically as well as psychologically. Massage helps balance us and bring our body back to homeostasis. Injuries weather on or off the job reduce our ability to enjoy the freedom of movement.
Bennett is dedicated to continuing his education to be able to offer the best possible service to his clients.
